# Cooking steps:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry grapes. Remove any stems.
02 - Thread grapes onto wooden skewers, 5 to 6 grapes per skewer.
03 - Place assembled skewers in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Freeze skewers for at least 2 hours, or until grapes are fully frozen.
05 - Combine granulated sugar, lime zest, and optional sea salt in a small bowl. Rub lime zest into sugar with fingertips until mixture is evenly blended and fragrant.
06 - Remove frozen grape skewers from the freezer and gently roll in lime sugar, pressing to ensure an even coating.
