# Cooking steps:
01 - Combine strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
02 - Divide the strawberry puree equally between two tall glasses.
03 - Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup chilled oat milk gently over the strawberry layer in each glass.
05 - Whisk matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl using a bamboo whisk or small frother until frothy and smooth.
06 - Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the oat milk layer in each glass to achieve a distinct layered appearance.
