01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

07 - 2 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

# Cooking steps:
01 - Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and thoroughly blended.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Evenly spread a quarter of the cheese mixture across the entire surface.
03 - Layer approximately 1.75 ounces of sliced turkey breast over the cheese spread.
04 - Scatter about 0.5 ounces of baby spinach leaves evenly atop the turkey slices.
05 - Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
06 - Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling steps for each remaining tortilla.
07 - Wrap each rolled tortilla log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
08 - Remove plastic wrap and trim the ends. Using a chef’s knife, slice each roll into 6 even pinwheels.
