14 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
15 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for low carb, skip for dairy-free)
16 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
17 - 1 avocado, diced
18 - Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
19 - Lime wedges, for serving

# Cooking steps:

01 - Wash and separate the lettuce leaves. Pat them dry and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
03 - Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Add ground turkey. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until no longer pink (about 5–6 minutes).
05 - Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until spices are fragrant.
06 - Add tomato sauce and water. Stir well and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
07 - To assemble, spoon the turkey mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
