01 - Place crumbled feta, softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a food processor. Process 2–3 minutes, scraping sides once or twice, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
02 - Spoon the whipped mixture into a shallow serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create decorative swirls across the surface.
03 - Drizzle honey and olive oil over the swirled surface. Scatter chopped walnuts, chopped herbs and lemon zest evenly, then finish with a few grinds of black pepper.
04 - Serve right away with warm pita, crackers or vegetable sticks; refrigerate any leftovers promptly in an airtight container.

# Expert advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a little luxury but comes together faster than most salads.
  • The contrast of creamy, nutty, sweet, and herbal makes every scoop feel special.
02 -
  • Once, I forgot to soften the cream cheese and the dip turned out lumpy—room temperature is absolutely key for smoothness.
  • Swapping in pistachios once by accident made the color pop and added a sweet-nutty twist; I’ve never looked back.
03 -
  • Blend longer than you think for ultra-smooth dip—stopping early leaves it a bit grainy.
  • For a party trick, let guests choose their own toppings from a mini bar of nuts and herbs.
