01 - 14 oz flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
02 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
03 - 1 tsp cornstarch
04 - 1 tsp sesame oil

05 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
06 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
07 - 5 oz broccoli florets
08 - 1 medium carrot, julienned
09 - 3.5 oz sugar snap peas
10 - 2 spring onions, sliced
→ Garlic Sauce
11 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
12 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
13 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
14 - 2 tbsp water
15 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
16 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
17 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
18 - 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
→ For Stir-Frying
19 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil (peanut or sunflower)
# Cooking steps:
01 - Combine flank steak slices with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Mix thoroughly and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
02 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, water, cornstarch, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
03 - Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef for 2 to 3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
04 - Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the wok. Stir-fry broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers for 2 to 3 minutes. Add sugar snap peas and continue cooking for 2 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
05 - Return beef to the wok, pour in garlic sauce, and toss to combine. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats ingredients evenly.
06 - Remove from heat, garnish with sliced spring onions, and serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles.
