Instructions
- Step 1:
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Step 3:
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and ginger sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 4:
- Add honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 5:
- Return the chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the glaze. Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through and sticky.
- Step 6:
- Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
