# Cooking steps:

01 - Place beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
02 - Whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl, then pour over the beef and vegetables.
03 - Cover and cook on low heat for 7 hours or until the beef is very tender.
04 - Combine cornstarch and water to form a slurry, stir into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 20 to 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
05 - Stir in sour cream until smooth and heated through, ensuring the mixture does not boil.
