# Ingredient list:

→ Gelatin Layer

01 - 2 (3 oz) boxes blue raspberry gelatin
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water

→ Snow & Decorations

04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Whipped cream, for garnish
09 - Gummy candies (bears, penguins, etc.), for decoration

# Cooking steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring continuously for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.
03 - Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into 8 clear plastic cups, filling each to about half capacity.
04 - Place cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but not firm.
05 - Press a few mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips gently into the gelatin to simulate snow, then sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until fully set.
07 - Just before serving, garnish each cup with whipped cream and optionally add gummy candies for decoration.
