# Cooking steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black beans, corn, diced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, salsa, and sour cream. Stir until uniformly blended.
03 - Arrange two flour tortillas flat on the bottom of the prepared baking dish, overlapping to cover the base completely.
04 - Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas, then sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese.
05 - Place the remaining two tortillas on top, then spread the remaining chicken mixture evenly.
06 - Sprinkle the final 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top layer.
