# Cooking steps:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chives, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
02 - Place a tortilla on a clean surface and evenly spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture over it, covering the entire surface.
03 - Layer sliced turkey breast evenly over the cream cheese spread.
04 - Sprinkle one-quarter of the chopped cranberries over the turkey, then place a layer of baby spinach leaves on top.
05 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to form a compact log.
06 - Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
